Delivery is arranged through India Post for eligible orders to serviceable locations. Some medicines, PIN codes, or temperature-sensitive items may not be eligible.
Courier charges shared first
Courier charges depend on your location, parcel weight, and the service used. We calculate and share the exact charge before you confirm — so you always know the full cost.
Approximately two working days
We aim to dispatch promptly, with delivery approximately two working days after dispatch, where the chosen service supports it. This is a target, not a guarantee.
Tracking when available
Where the service provides tracking, we share the details after dispatch so you can follow your parcel.
What affects delivery time?
Actual delivery depends on several things working together, so the real time can vary from the target:
- Your destination PIN code and how the courier services it.
- Confirmation that the medicine is in stock and eligible to ship.
- When the parcel is dispatched after your payment is confirmed.
- Courier operations, holidays, and local conditions.

The most accurate way to know delivery time and cost is to ask us with your PIN code. We will confirm serviceability, the courier charge, and a realistic estimate before you decide anything.
Serviceability is confirmed per PIN code before you pay. Some locations, medicines, or temperature-sensitive items may not be eligible.
We do not advertise guaranteed two-day delivery, flat courier fees, nationwide availability, or shipping of temperature-sensitive medicines. Each enquiry is confirmed individually.
