Cancelling before dispatch

Because an order is only confirmed after our team verifies your enquiry, you can ask to cancel any time before you make payment, at no cost. If you have paid but the order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it.

Returns of medicines

For safety reasons, medicines generally cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispatched or handed over, in line with standard pharmacy practice and applicable regulations. This protects everyone by ensuring medicines are stored and handled correctly throughout.

If something is wrong with your order

Please check your order on arrival. If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged parcel, or a product with a quality concern, contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, a photograph. We will review it and put it right — for example, by arranging a replacement or a suitable resolution in line with the law.

Refunds

Where a refund is appropriate — for example, if we could not fulfil a paid order — we will process it to your original payment method or another agreed method. Timelines depend on the payment provider.
