Help & FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to common questions. If you do not see yours, just ask us on WhatsApp or by phone.
How do I check medicine availability?
Send us the medicine name, strength (for example 500 mg), the dosage form (tablet, syrup, injection, and so on), and the quantity you need — along with your delivery PIN code. You can use the WhatsApp button or call the pharmacy. Our team will check and reply with availability.
How do I enquire about prices?
Prices are confirmed by our pharmacy team for the exact medicine and quantity you need. Share your list on WhatsApp or by phone and we will quote the price, plus any courier charge for delivery, before you decide anything.
Do I need a prescription?
Many medicines in India require a valid prescription from a registered doctor. Whether a prescription is needed depends on the specific medicine. Our pharmacy team will tell you clearly when you enquire, and explain how to share your prescription if it is required. Please do not send prescription files through this website — we will guide you on the right way to share them.
Can I ask about generic options?
Yes. As a Genericart franchise pharmacy, we can tell you about generic medicines that contain the same active ingredient and strength as a branded product. Generic medicines are approved by the regulator and can be more affordable. Whether a particular generic is suitable for you should be confirmed with your doctor or our pharmacist — we will help you understand the options.
How much does delivery cost?
Courier charges depend on your location, the weight of the parcel, and the service used. We calculate and share the exact charge before you confirm, so you always know the full cost in advance.
How long will delivery take?
For eligible orders to serviceable locations, we aim to dispatch promptly through India Post, with delivery in approximately two working days after dispatch where the service supports it. Actual time depends on your destination, stock confirmation, dispatch timing, and courier operations. We share tracking details when they are available.
How can I pay?
In this initial version there is no online checkout on the website. After our team confirms your medicines, price, and delivery, we share simple payment instructions directly. A secure online payment option may be added in future once it is ready and approved.
Can I collect medicines from the pharmacy?
Yes. You are welcome to collect your medicines in person from the pharmacy during opening hours. Enquire first so we can confirm availability and keep your items ready for you.
Some medicines require a valid prescription. Please do not upload prescriptions here — our team will guide you on how to share them safely when needed.
