This website is an enquiry website. It does not require you to create an account or log in. The medicine details you type into the enquiry form are used only to build a message for you to send to us on WhatsApp. That information is not stored on this website, is not saved in your browser by us, is not sent to any analytics service, and is not written to any server log. Your enquiry only reaches us when you choose to send the message in WhatsApp.
Information you share when you contact us
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email, we receive the information you choose to share — for example your name, contact number, delivery address or PIN code, and the medicines you are enquiring about. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and price, arrange delivery, and keep in touch about your order.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and confirm availability and price.
- To arrange dispatch and delivery for eligible orders.
- To share payment instructions once you decide to proceed.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations as a pharmacy.
Messaging platforms
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is also handled under the terms and privacy policy of that platform, which is outside our control. Please avoid sharing sensitive health information you are not comfortable sharing on a messaging app.
Prescriptions and health information
Please do not upload prescriptions or medical records through this website. If a prescription is required, our team will explain the appropriate way to share it. We handle any health information you share with care and use it only to serve your enquiry.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to fulfil your order — for example, providing delivery details to the courier — or where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
